1. ELIGIBILITY:
Open only to legal residents of any one of the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible: employees, directors, and officers of Sponsor.
2. CONTEST PERIOD:
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on February 5, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on February 28, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”). Only Contest entries received by 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2021 will be eligible for the Contest.
3. TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. Eligible Contest participants can enter by posting a photo or video on Instagram displaying the participant and their partner using ProsourceFit products. The official ProsourceFit Instagram or Facebook account (@prosourcefit) and hashtag “#CoupleGoals” must be present in the caption of the post. The participant must be a follower of the official ProsourceFit account on the channel by which they entered the contest. Only users with a “public” profile on Instagram and Facebook will be an Eligible Contest participant. Participants submitting multiple entries or violating any of these official rules may be disqualified.
4. ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible Contest Participants during the Contest Period.
5. PRIZE:
16 participants will be selected on March 3, 2021. All winners will be announced on the ProsourceFit Instagram and Facebook channel (https://www.instagram.com/prosourcefit/) (https://www.facebook.com/prosourcefit). Sponsor will contact each winner on the channel by which they entered asking for each winner to submit their contact information. A total of 16 prize winners will be selected. Selected winners have until March 17, 2021 to submit their contact information.
One (1) first prize winner will be selected and receive a $100 gift card to ProsourceFit.com
Five (5) second prize winners will be selected and receive a $50 gift card to ProsourceFit.com
Ten (10) third prize winners will be selected and receive a $25 gift card to ProsourceFit.com
ProsourceFit assumes no liability or responsibilities, financial or otherwise, of any damage, loss or injury resulting from or arising out of participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance and use of the Prize.
6. DECISION OF THE SPONSOR:
All decisions of Sponsor regarding winner selections and this Contest are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time for any reason without notice.
