Wow! Relaxing!
I was so excited when the mat and pillow were delivered! I had used a friend's and knew I needed one for myself. I had just finished up two weeks of traveling, which involved moving my 95 year old dad to an assisted living facility. This was a great way to unwind and release the emotional stress involved. Now I need to set aside time to get a routine going!
