Very effective for arm strengthening at home, work and the gym
I am happy with this purchase because I wear the glove (only one glove because my left arm is weak due to surviving a stroke) every day at work. It helps to keep my arm straight and when I am walking and helps to strengthen my left shoulder when I squeeze my scapula together. The weight is perfect and the glove is comfortable.
Wonderful
I’ve tried plenty of hand weights and these are absolutely wonderful. Workouts are a lot easier when not having to hold something in your hands. These are simply wonderful!!
